Rental fees for the Community Center

Effective 2005:

Large gathering (such as wedding reception or school event):      $50.00.
Shower (with no liquor:)                                                                             $25.00 for 2 hours and no deposit.
A day event or evening meeting:                                                              $25.00 with a $150.00 deposit.
Children events:                                                                                             $20.00 per hour plus $150.00 deposit

The key to the building can be picked up the day before the event in the afternoon at the Clerk’s office.  Contact Bette at 347-4125 or  arma_bette@ckt.net


(Effective prior to September 30, 2002)

$100 for large gatherings, $10.00 for short meetings, Deposit $150 (refundable if no damage is found)

Regular Rates:
$35.00 per hour + $150.00 deposit (refundable if no damage is found)

Youth and Kids party's is $20.00 per hr. plus $150.00 deposit.
 
Non-Alcoholic showers is $25.00 flat fee, no deposit.

$200.00 for a 24 hour period (ideal for large events such as weddings, etc.) + $150.00 deposit (refundable if no damage is found)   To do early decorating an additional $30.00 is charged.  

Currently a 12 person board has been organized to set up bylaws for the Center and the uses of the building.

Two non-profit  organizations have the Council's permission to use  the building:  the  Girl Scouts every Thursday evening for a 3 to 5 troop meeting area, and the  United Way of Crawford County will hold this years Wrap-Up in Arma,  October 26th, 2001 at 11:30 am. The event will start at Fox Insurance since the thermometer is on that building and then head to the Community Center  for lunch.
